In 2018, I got to work with Rodney Henry (who played Marcus Baptiste) on his New Orleans Creole accent for season two of Marvel’s podcast, Wolverine: The Lost Trail. You can listen to the whole season here.
In April of 2019, I was invited to do a segment on Inside Edition about Elizabeth Holmes’ voice and how to access lower resonance. You can watch that segment here.
In April of 2020, I was invited to be a guest on the second episode of Masi Asare’s podcast, Voicing Across Distance. We talked a little about pedagogy and went through a simple, physical exercise that everyone can do. You can listen to that episode here.
As we went into quarantine in the spring of 2020, I recorded an articulator warm-up that doesn’t involve touching your face.
And here are audio recordings of two sessions of floor work. Each lasts about 30 minutes.
The American Association for Anatomy recently invited me to write about the anatomical images in the book I co-authored with Andrea Caban and Jeffrey Parker. You can read the blurb here.
Since 2021, I have served as Voice and Text Coach for some Next Chapter/Play On podcast versions of modern English translations of Shakespeare plays, including:
